BUSINESS MODEL

Perfume Plug India offers fragrance decants, which are smaller portions of original perfumes transferred from larger bottles into independent containers for sampling and personal use.

Products are not sold in original retail packaging.

PRODUCT SOURCING

All fragrances are sourced from retail and tester bottles obtained through trusted and established supply channels.

We are not authorized distributors of any fragrance brands.

NO AFFILIATION

Perfume Plug India is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brand.

All trademarks, brand names, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for identification purposes only.

TRADEMARK USE

Brand names are used only to describe the fragrance inside the decant.
No association with the brand owner is implied.

AUTHENTICITY STATEMENT

We aim to provide genuine fragrances sourced from reliable channels.
We do not manufacture or alter fragrances.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the nature of decanted products.

PACKAGING DISCLAIMER

All products are supplied in generic decant bottles.
Original brand packaging, boxes, and seals are not included.

Bottle design, sprayers, and labels may vary.

QUANTITY DISCLAIMER

Decants are filled manually. Minor variations in liquid level may occur due to handling and atomizer function.

HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Fragrances may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions.
Customers are responsible for testing before full use.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Perfume Plug India shall not be liable for:

  • Personal scent preference dissatisfaction

  • Performance variations (longevity/projection)

  • Skin reactions

  • Courier delays outside our control

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via third-party courier partners.
We actively assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery-related issues.

LOSS / NON-DELIVERY POLICY

If a parcel is marked delivered but not received, it must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery status update (as per courier tracking).

If a parcel is lost in transit and reported within this timeframe, Perfume Plug India will investigate with the courier and provide a suitable resolution.

Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

DAMAGE / LEAKAGE CLAIMS

All damage or leakage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery timestamp (as per courier tracking).

An unboxing video (continuous and uncut, starting before opening the package) is mandatory.

Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • No returns on opened or used products

  • No returns based on personal preference

Eligible cases (loss, damage, or verified issues) will be handled with a replacement or store credit, as applicable.

FRAUD CONTROL

We reserve the right to cancel orders, refuse service, or take action against fraudulent or abusive behavior.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content including images, branding, and text belongs to Perfume Plug India and may not be copied or reused without permission.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
