Products are supplied in generic decant packaging, and not original retail boxes.

We do not guarantee that product images, colors, or descriptions will appear exactly the same on all devices.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 5 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, cancellations are not possible as orders enter processing.

Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Orders are processed and shipped as per our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors. While we assist in resolving delivery issues, delays beyond our control do not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refund.

Customers must follow the 24-hour reporting window and unboxing video requirements as stated in our policies.
