REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Perfume Plug India, all perfume decants are carefully hand-filled from original retail and tester bottles.


NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been delivered.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

As all products are freshly decanted and processed quickly, cancellations are not possible after this timeframe.

To request a cancellation, contact us within the 12-hour window with your Order ID.

Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.


REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS (ELIGIBLE CASES ONLY)

We provide resolution (replacement or refund/store credit) only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered (unboxing video required)

  • Product received in damaged or leaking condition (unboxing video required)

  • Missing items in the order (unboxing video required)


CLAIM WINDOW & REQUIREMENTS

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery timestamp (as per courier tracking).

To raise a request, you must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Clear, continuous, uncut unboxing video (starting before opening the package)

  • Supporting images (if requested)

Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.


NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

The following are not considered valid for refund or replacement:

  • Personal preference (disliking the fragrance)

  • Performance concerns (longevity/projection)

  • Minor variation in fill level due to decanting process

  • Minimal evaporation during transit

  • Claims raised after the 24-hour window


REFUND PROCESSING

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
