We ship across India.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, as products are freshly decanted upon order.
SHIPPING TIME
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
TRACKING
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.
DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We actively assist customers in tracking and resolving such issues.
LOSS / NON-DELIVERY
If an order is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of the delivery status update.
If a parcel is lost in transit, and reported within the required timeframe, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a suitable resolution after verification.
Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.
DAMAGE / TAMPERING
If the package appears tampered with or damaged, an unboxing video (continuous and uncut, starting before opening the package) is mandatory.
Any damage or leakage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.
